Surveys

Surveys can be conducted from the ground or balcony in the majority of cases what can be seen from the outside can give a good indication of what can be expected, and therefore accurately priced. Occasionally more intrusive survey work needs to be carried out to investigate an underlying issue. This enables a remedial strategy, these surveys are more involved depending on location, restrictions, existing materials. All types of survey can also be carried out via rope access, should the need arise. We work with our clients, giving as much flexibility as possible, offering a traffic light shopping list of works, in order of necessity.

Cleaning

Façade cleaning can be carried in various means including nebulus, Doff and Jos.

We ensure we are informed and trained to use the latest technology in terms of cleaning, or stripping the façade or paving, timber or railings, to ensure we meet expectations as gently as possible.

Our team of cleaners are able to advise on the best method based on material/ the type and level of dirt, the logistics and built environment. A sample is always carried out for approval prior to any works commencing.

Re-Modelling  

We are not adverse to creating new openings in solid stone walls, likewise re-instating original windows and doors is all within our remit. We have the ability to design, supply and install new stone or brick details, we are very approachable and proactive in bringing any scheme to fruition.

Restoration

Our specialist workforce has a wealth of experience with the conservation, restoration and refurbishment of heritage properties, this includes façades, courtyards, staircases and paving.
